Monti Cecubi Vinum Caecubum IGT – Lazio Rosso

It is the identity of our territory, historically defined as Ager Caecubum. Cecubo Wine was considered among the best wines in ancient Rome, produced in the area between Itri, Fondi, and Sperlonga. From Serpe and Abbuoto grapes. Selection of the best bunches, from both the vineyards of Itri and Fondi. The wine is aged for 9 months in tonneaux, then in the bottle for 1 year. Unfiltered wine.
