Carving Board Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon

The Carving Board 2021 Lodi Cabernet Sauvginon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Petite Sirah. The result is a wine with clearly defined cassis combined with notes of plum and a touch of spice. The wine is rich on the palate featuring well integrated tannins and notes of toasty oak and vanilla richness to the finish.
