Iuzzolini

Tenuta Iuzzolini is located in Cirò Marina, Calabria, known throughout the world, and called “Enotria” by the Greek colonists precisely by virtue of the favorable conditions for the cultivation of vines. The estate covers an area of ​​approximately 500 hectares of which 100 hectares of specialized vineyards , 50 hectares of centuries-old olive groves , 100 hectares of arable land and the remaining part made up of pastures and woods for the livestock, raised in the wild , such as Podolica cattle .The soils, of clayey and sandy limestone origin, are very fertile because they are rich in natural springs. The entire area, blessed by a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and short, rainy winters, provides ideal conditions for the cultivation of vines and olive trees.
