A Blanc de Noirs blended champagne “without dosage” (therefore without the addition of sugar). The sensations are lively, pure, mineral, with a very present salinity in the image of the terroir. The balance and elegance of this cuvée are mainly obtained thanks to the prolonged maturation time on the lees in the bottles before disgorging. The fruity notes on the palate remind us that this cuvée is made only from black grapes.
