Domaine Durup Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume

The Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume is the most famous and the most commercial one of the 1er Crus of Chablis,due first to its area (130 hectares for 850 hectares of Premiers Crus) and to its closeness to the Grands Crus.This subtle and fine wine has a very aromatic bouquet. We can notice hints of white flowers, such as acacia  and rosepetals, along with a discreet vanilla aroma. It is very round in the mouth, with a hint of acidity that allows it to retain its minerality.
