PSP IMPORTS AND GLOBAL WINES ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP

Massachusetts importing and distribution companies join forces to form “PSP Global Wines”

January 1, 2023, Beverly, MA – PSP Imports, LLC, and Global Wines, LLC, have announced a strategic partnership. The two companies have combined sales forces and portfolios to form PSP Global Wines, a MA-based importing and distribution business representing a diverse portfolio of wines and spirits from around the world, with a particular focus on Italy, France, Spain and Portugal.

Global Wines is a MA distributor of wines and a portfolio company of CT-based Votto Vines, one of America’s fastest growing wine importing companies. PSP Imports is a MA-based importer and distributor with deep ties in Italy, where Founder and CEO Nicola Savignano and his brother Giuseppe own and operate Tenuta Santo Pietro, a family winery and agriturismo in Tuscany.

PSP Global Wines will retain PSP Imports’ Beverly, MA, office and Franklin, MA, warehouse hub as part of the transaction, with business support being provided by Votto Vines’ CT headquarters. The integrated sales team will be headed by PSP Global Wines’ CEO, Nicola Savignano, with support from Votto Vines’ VP of Sales, Mike Munk.
