Jenn, a native of Beverly, MA and graduate of Salem State University, worked for years as a loan operations manager and compliance specialist for a mortgage company. She joined PSP as an office assistant and quickly grew into the role of Office Manager, now handling bookkeeping as well as operations and logistics.
